By accessing or using klienzy.app, you agree to these terms. Klienzy currently provides product information and early-access registration. The product is under active development, and these terms may be expanded when it launches.

Feedback and reviews

If you submit a rating or review, you confirm that it reflects your genuine experience and that you have the right to share it. When you consent to publication, you allow AYOJ to display your name, business type, rating and review on Klienzy’s website and marketing materials. We may moderate, decline or remove submitted feedback, and your email address will not be published.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

klienzy.app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AYOJ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or relating to your use of klienzy.app.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Maharashtra, India.
